This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes, as a data processor on our behalf, data that arises when you visit the website (in particular server log files). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hetzner. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Server Log Files

When you access the website, information is automatically stored in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, date and time of the server request, and IP address. This data serves the technical delivery, stability and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after a short period unless required to investigate security incidents.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, marketing or analytical cookies and no analytics services (e.g. no Google Analytics). No information is stored on or read from your device that would require consent under § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act). For this reason, this website does not display a cookie banner.

5. Reach Measurement (Anonymous, Cookie-Free)

This website uses a self-operated, cookie-free reach measurement system (tbm-beacon). When a page is accessed and when a product link is clicked, only the page visited or the product link clicked is transmitted to our own server and counted anonymously. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored, and no user profiles are created; identification of individual visitors is not possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in anonymous statistics).

6. Fonts (Self-Hosted)

We embed fonts exclusively from our own server. We do not load fonts from Google Fonts or any other external provider. Your IP address is not transmitted to Google or any third party for the purpose of font rendering.

7. Amazon Associates Programme (Affiliate Links)

This website participates in the Amazon Associates Programme. When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to Amazon (amazon.com). Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase to our partner account; Amazon is independently responsible for this. We receive only anonymous, aggregated statistics on referred purchases — no personal data about individual buyers. 8. Product Images from Amazon

Some product images are loaded directly from Amazon servers (domain m.media-amazon.com). When these images are displayed, your IP address is technically transmitted to Amazon.
